Owner & CEO

Andrew Kagan grew up in Sacramento, CA where he graduated from Bella Vista High School. He then lived in Arizona and earned his degree from the W.P Carey School of Business. His education built the groundwork for his professional career and he actively participated in both the community and his professional life.

During college, Andrew saw first-hand why having the right protections in place is so important. He watched his own grandfather struggle to pay for the care of his grandmother because the insurance they had would not cover her residential and in-home care. The grief and hassle of this experience was unbearable for his family. Andrew resolved to do everything he could to provide the best service and knowledge possible to each and every pre-retiree and retiree he came across.

Andrew has been in the insurance and financial industry for over a decade now. His mentality is, “If you do the right thing first, then you’ll have clients and no complaints later.” With this moral compass, he has helped hundreds of people find the most suitable options for their retirement situation. Andrew and his team strive to create client-minded strategies that focus on securing your future.

Teresa Maravilla

Client Services Manager

Teresa serves as the Client Services Manager for Tower Bridge Financial. She is responsible for all the logistics of a client transaction. In addition, she communicates with clients regarding the process of their transactions, and answers any questions they have along the way.

Known for her calm demeanor and ability to put people at ease, Teresa loves helping people to protect their retirement and reach their long-term goals. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Sacramento State University, and has experience working in case work in that field. In addition, Teresa had over 6 years working as a professional in a leasing company.

Valerie Maravilla

Marketing & Client Event Coordinator
Valerie Maravilla is the Marketing & Client Event Coordinator for Tower Bridge Financial. She assists in day-to-day office operations, as well as marketing and client communication. In addition, Valerie assists with the firm’s educational seminar and webinar sessions to ensure they are a success. Family oriented and friendly, Valerie is a natural at event coordination. She loves interacting with clients and helping them learn more about retirement. After taking general studies and public service course work at Sacramento City College, she worked for a financial advisory firm. She then worked alongside Theresa at the same professional leasing company. After work, Valerie loves being outdoors and may even be found at target practice. She also helps friends prompt live dancing events and has volunteered for a local school’s Cinco De Mayo event as well.
